THE TEAM

The management team comprises highly trained professionals who share the vision of the company to assist clients who would like to benefit from the services of doctors abroad.

The combined experience of the team spans over many years and includes experience in public health services, primary care service provision, general management, and information technology.

Dr O Oremakinde
MBBS (Ibadan), MRCP (UK), MBA (Cranfield)

Kayode is the visionary and principal partner. He graduated in Nigeria and has worked for over 12 years in the UK National Health Service in the field of Paediatrics, Psychiatry and General Practice.

He currently works as a GP in a suburban practice in Greater London.

He holds an MBA from the prestigious Cranfield University in UK and he is currently the chairman of the board of trustees of a large Christian charity in UK where he is also an ordained minister.

In the course of his work, he recognised the challenges faced by foreign clients who wish to access private health care in the UK. This ignited a passion to develop an organised efficient and client responsive service to meet the needs of this special group of people.

Dr Abayomi McEwen
MBBS, MSc

After 25 years, Dr McEwen in now a part time GP, having retired from full time General Practice in 2002. She is the GP Appraisal lead for West Essex Primary Care Trust. In her role as communication skills facilitator for the East of England Deanery, Dr McEwen is involved in the training of teachers of medical communication skills as well as supporting doctors who have been identified as needing communication skills development. She was recently appointed as Associate Director of GP Postgraduate Education for the East of England Deanery.

Her other roles include:
  • Recognised Clinical Teacher’ at Cambridge University teaching medical students communication and consultation skills.
  • Associate Lecturer Anglia Ruskin University where she teaches nurses communication skills.
  • Work with pharmacy educationalists.
  • Member Essex Appraisal Steering Committee.
  • Treasurer and member of the appraisal group of the National Association of Primary Care Educators (NAPCE).

Dr Toyin Ajala
MBBS(Ibadan) MRCP(UK)

Dr Toyin Ajala graduated in Nigeria in 1991.

She has worked in the National Health Service of the UK since 1994.

She is currently a Specialist Registrar in General Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine on the London Deanery Rotation with a special interest and training in Stroke Medicine.

She has been involved in Medical Students training as well as other various roles in patient and medical management.

She is a member of the Royal College of Physicians UK.

Dr Toyin Oremakinde
MBChB (Ife), MRCOG (UK), MScPH (London), MFPHM (UK).

Dr Toyin Oremakinde graduated in Nigeria and has worked for over 12 years in the National Health Service in the field of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and Public Health.

She has extensive experience in health needs assessment, service evaluation and design, evaluation of health care technologies across various health authorities in the United Kingdom.

She holds memberships of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Faculty of Public Health Medicine, Royal College of Physicians UK.

She also holds a Masters in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Currently she is acting up as a consultant in Public Health medicine at one of the Primary Care Trusts in the South East of England.
